GA Pathway program

At the culmination of the 2021-22 season, we worked with NABC to launch our GA Pathway Program and help connect coaches to qualified candidates to fill their open Graduate Assistant roles.

Programs from all levels of collegiate basketball participated to find the best Graduate Assistants for their programs from our talented roster of Grow the Game’s student managers.

We are excited to offer this year’s GA Pathway Program as a 4-month cohort designed to help Grow the Game members with resume help and mock interviews.

This year’s GA Pathway Program is sponsored by CBB Analytics, who will be running analytics clinics and giving free pro tier access to cohort members.

We strongly encourage coaches to join our workshops to build relationships with potential Graduate Assistants. Grow the Game will also host an event at the Men’s Final Four in Indianapolis, a great opportunity to meet participants in person.

The GA Pathway Program will culminate with a 4-day Virtual GA Job Fair.

To date, over 150 participants in our GA Pathway Program have gotten their GA role through Grow the Game. Including 100% of participants who attended every meeting in last year’s program.
