PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COHORTS

This summer, we will host 5 cohorts designed to give student managers and graduate assistants an immersive experience of the world of basketball. Our Professional Development Cohorts are intensive, multi-week programs each focused on a specific area of a career in basketball.

New this summer is the Film and Analytics Cohort. We are partnering with Hudl to bring participants immersive instruction on their analytic sports technology. Participants will complete mock projects basketball giving them experience in all thing analytics.

In the Director of Basketball Operations Cohort, reputable college basketball professionals lead participants in exercises that mimicked real-world scenarios. They will create mock official visit itineraries, basketball camps, and a mock road trip. Apply today!

A mix of NBA and collegiate basketball coaches will lead the Coaches Cohort. Participants will create and receive feedback on full scouting reports over these three, two-week sections. This Cohort will launch in July.

The NBA Scouting Cohort will be led by scouts currently working for NBA teams. Sessions include work on defensive scouting reports, player fit evaluations, and NBA Draft scouting. This Cohort will launch in July.
